A Lot Like Christmas
2018
Ethan had the privilege of performing alongside Samantha Landers, Evan Roberts and Anthony Downing in this Sold Out Christmas Show titled "A Lot Like Christmas"
​
A night of absolute entertainment with tracks from musical theatre, classics and of course Christmas songs.
​
Performances at its best.
Project Performer 2018
Project Performer held their first open auditions for all upcoming and aspiring artists in Sing, Dance and Act.
​
Ethan was selected into the 2019 Development Program / Showcase and will be exposed to International Agent Shele Sondheim of Los Angeles.
​
Ambassador of Light 2018
Ethan took part in his very first modelling competition titled "The Ambassador of Light" for the Frank Kruger Charity Foundation.
​
He won Mr Ambassador of Light and earned himself the winners tie plus a few prizes.
​
He was also very fortunate to have sung a solo titled "Never Enough" from the hit box office movie, The Greatest Showman.
​
A very successful night for a good cause.
Talent Africa Nationals 2018
It was that time of year again... Talent Africa Regionals 2018
Ethan took part in his 4th TA Competition and sadly he couldn't sing due to a rough throat but still managed to showcase his acting skills.
He received multiple awards including:

He has also been selected to represent KZN at the Talent Africa Nationals Championship in JHB
The ARTS Convention
Disney World, FL, 2018
Yet another International Showcase however this one was super amazing.
Ethan received the most call backs ever in his career and many agents are wanting to grab him and help with his career.

Ethan received multiple awards including Overall Child Talent
and received a New York Film Academy Scholarship as well as a Lifetime Full Scholarship for the ARTS.
​

IPOP Convention
Las Vegas, 2018
After jet-setting off to Vegas, Ethan attended yet another International Showcase.
He was recognised for his amazing talent as well as took part in the Showcase.
he was called back by a number of International Agents who are wanting to work with him.

Another successful showcase with talented kids and amazing performances.
International Arts School Showcase 2018
Ethan entered the International Arts School Showcase where he performed for local agents including Karin Van Der Laag of ISIDINGO. Karin was very impressed with his work and is more than happy to assist Ethan in his acting career.
Mzansi Arts Showcase 2018
Ethan was invited by Weza Matomane to perform at the annual Mzansi Arts Showcase as an elite artist.
He had the privilege of singing, acting and being interviewed by a representative at the Dance De' Art Dance Centre in JHB.
​
It was another successful year of super South African talent and Ethan was very honoured to have been involved yet again.
​
Talent Africa Regionals 2017
Ethan yet again for his 3 year in a row took part in Talent Africa Regionals.
He impressed the judges with his amazing voice, talented acting and modelling.
He received an abundance of awards including Best Actor, Best Performance and achieved 3rd Overall.

He was selected for a 3rd time to represent KZN at Talent Africa Nationals in JHB, 2018
International Arts Talent Showcase 2017
One of the biggest events of the year, IATS... The International Arts Talent Showcase where Ethan performed at the Silver Star Casino in JHB.
He was judged by some big names in the industry including Kim Myers from The Arts, Florida and Rhavynn Drummer, Casting Director for Tyler Perry Studios.
​
He was scouted by Kim Myers and selected to represent Team South Africa at The ARTS in Orlando, Florida, Disney World.
Country Karnival 2017
Ethan was asked to open the show at the Country Karnival for Gerhard Supra and the main event, Parable Fifteen.
​
This was Ethan's first live performance of his debut single "Hold On"
​
He was also offered a sponsored music video by Spectacular Events.
Mzansi Arts Talent
Showcase 2017
Ethan took part in the annual Mzansi Arts Showcase at the Playhouse.
​
An amazing 3 day event saw Ethan being asked to guest perform at the awards ceremony where he received an incredible applause from the audience. Yet another successful weekend of performing.
​
He was also scouted by Four 13 Productions.
​
Big thanks to Elsubie, Vicky and Weza "That Guy" for appreciating his talent.

The Highland Gathering 2017
Ethan was invited to perform at the annual Scottish festival called the Highland Gathering hosted by the Lions Club.
​
He was supported by the gorgeous Keely Crocker who both were applauded to exceptional performances. The two upcoming stars in the local community who have both performed in NYC.
​
Ethan was overjoyed by the opportunity and can't wait to appear again next year.
Talent Africa Nationals 2017
Talent Africa Nationals 2017 - Another year of incredible talent. The competition sure raised it's game this year but still Ethan showed why he is a superstar. He received 2 Gold medals for both vocal performances as well as a glass medal for coming in the top 10 out of all junior vocalists. An absolute outstanding achievement and above all that was also awarded 2 medals for his photographic print.
​
Ethan also made Team South Africa to take part at Talent America, NYC.
International ARTS
Talent Showcase Auditions 2017
Early February The Durban Playhouse hosted yet again auditions for the International ARTS Talent Showcase to be held later this year at the Silver Star Casino in Johannesburg.
Ethan was scouted by directer and producer Elsubie Verlinden from IATS and Just You Model & Artist Management to participate in this prestigious event where he will be seen by international scout Kim Myers as well as the casting director Rhavynn Drummer from Tyler Perry Studios.
​
Ethan was also very fortunate to have been chosen to sign up with Just You Model & Artist Management.
Talent Africa Regionals 2017
Talent Africa 2017 hit the stages around the country yet again with their annual competition looking for talent to represent their respective provinces at Nationals beginning of April at the Roodepoort Theatre in Johannesburg.
After already qualifying for Nationals 2017, Ethan was asked to appear at the competition and sing a couple of songs as a special guest. Being the "Face of Talent Africa" Ethan was asked to help with the prize giving and the handing out of invitations to Nationals.
​
Ethan's fellow cast member of the "Sound of Music", Fazlyn Naidoo took overall first place.
Talent Africa Presents 2016
Talent Africa hosted an "Open Nights" evening to the public to showcase their talent and possibly receive an invitation to take part in the Talent Africa competition.
Ethan was a special guest with a few other artists who opened the show with their incredible talent.
Ethan received a standing ovation after his "The Hills Are Alive" performance.
Talent America New York City, 2016
This was by far Ethan's highlight of his performing arts career. After doing so well at Nationals walking away with an abundance of awards, he was selected to represent Team South Africa at the Talent America competition in New York City.
​
Ethan received 2 1st place awards as well as a divisional winner award for photographic print and 4 medals for his vocal performances.
He was scouted by 7 international talent and music agencies for Broadway Musical Theatre and Disney.
​
Ethan attended the New York Film Academy where he did a small act behind camera with a director who has worked with Robert De Niro. He was also very fortunate to have attended a workshop with one of the biggest well known voice coaches in New York, Bob Marks - Vocal coach for Nicki Minaj, Britney Spears, Ashley Tisdale, Ariana Grande, Natalie Portman, Lea Michele and Sarah Jessica Parker.

Talent Africa Nationals 2016
Ethan qualified for Talent Africa Nationals in 2016 where he sang some memorable performances.
He was awarded 1st place in his category, 1st place in his age group and received a trophy for overall vocalist.
He was awarded 5 gold medals for all 5 items he entered as well as a glass medal for placing in the top 10 overall.
He was nominated Talent Africa Idol and chosen to be the "Face Of" Talent Africa.
​
Ethan was also handed his official invitation to represent South Africa at the Talent America competition in New York.
​
Talent Africa Regionals 2015
Talent Africa 2015 was Ethan's first singing competition. He entered as a vocalist and after competing was awarded 1st place in his age group and 3rd overall.
He was awarded "Most Potential" and received his District Colours. This was just the beginning of his career.
